Manati tabs Ashley Torres

Ashley Torres

Atenienses de Manati (BSNF) inked 28-year old former international 170cm guard Ashley Torres (college: Highland, KS). The last time (2022) she played at Cangrejeras de Santurce in Puerto Rican BSNF.
She was a member of Puerto Rican international program for some years. Torres was called to Puerto Rican Senior National Team in 2019 and previously for U17 National Team back in 2009.
She has played previously for three other teams: Gigantes, Montaneras and Moca. Her team made it to the BSNF Semifinals in 2019 and 2022.
Torres was voted to Puerto Rican BSNF All-Star Game in 2021.
She attended Highland Community College, Kansas until 2013 and it will be her eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
